Flanders Apartment

 

Located in the heart of Portland’s historic, vibrant and fun neighborhood - Nob Hill/Alphabet District, our Flanders apartment is a great home-base for your time in the Rose City.  Inviting, cozy and spacious our Flanders apartment will feel like home even though you're on holiday.  This basement/garden level suite is an excellent space for those in town for special occasions, independent accommodations for visiting family members or business travelers seeking a relaxing a stay in the City of Roses.  Our Flanders Suite is an ideal lodging option in the heart of NW Portland, between NW 23rd and NW 21st Avenues in a 1908 Craftsman house. 

 

 The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to cook as much as you wish.  The apartment is equipped with a washer/dryer, too.  Your options in this space are many and they’re all good.  Enjoy!

 

• The apartment is available for a minimum of 2 nights. Rent is $120 per night (not including 15.3% lodging tax) and includes all utilities including wifi. No landline phone

• A cleaning deposit of $130 is due at the time of booking. it is refundable if the apartment is left clean

• With rentals of at least four weeks, one week of rent is due one month in advance. For shorter-term rentals (under four weeks), the first week's rent is due two weeks in advance. Weekly rent is due on the first day of the rental week. 

• Cancellation: 30 days for a 4+ week rental, 14 days for a 1 to 3-week rental. Deposit and prepaid rent are non-refundable for cancellations within the cancellation period. 

• No pets. No smoking.

• Perfect for out-of-town visitors, commuters, people relocating to Portland, OHSU rotations, business people, etc. Ideal location in the heart of NW Portland, between NW 23rd and NW 21st in a 1908 Craftsman house.

• Queen bed, small dresser, large closet. 

• All linens/towels provided.

• The kitchen is fully equipped (micro, coffeemaker, dishes, etc.)

• Washer/dryer in the apartment. 

• Wifi and all utilities (except phone) included.

 

Parking

• All parking in the neighborhood is metered running from 9 am to 7 pm. We have a limited number of parking permits allowing guests to park without paying at the meter - the exception is NW 21st and NW 23rd where parking permits are not allowed. In order to reserve a parking permit you must provide your plate number. Please note: we are located in a dense neighborhood and parking can be challenging at certain times.
