Old-world style condo in the historic center of Puerto Vallarta

Tastefully appointed, traditional Mexican-style condo in the heart of PV. Our quiet

building has only six condos...with several full-time residents. Fully-equipped

kitchen, local handmade furniture, and terraces with views of Banderas Bay and the

cathedral. The condo is close to the Zona Romántica but in Puerto Vallarta's Historic Centro neighborhood, just a

few blocks from Liz Taylor's and Richard Burton’s former homes in what's called 'Gringo Gulch'. Walk to

everything - markets, beaches, bars/nightclubs, and great restaurants!

Nearby Attractions, LGBTQ+ Venues

The Zona Romántica, the main entertainment area of town, is a 10-minute walk away. Some

of our favorite haunts are Reinas, El Bodegón de Pasta, La Capella, Trios,

Hacienda San Ángel, Three Hens and a Rooster Market, Cuale Island and

River...and more. We will share all our favorite spots when you book.

 

The Condo is just 5 blocks from the Malecón (seaside promenade). Ubers and cabs are plentiful (we use

them a lot). There is a great, small market on the corner with nearly every basic

item you will need -coffee, eggs, fresh tortillas, tamales, veggies, fruits, meats, milk,

beer, wine, etc...The Wednesday ArtWalk is just a few steps away...with great art

and welcoming gallery hosts.

  • Kitchen: fully equipped for cooking but no dishwasher

  • Bedroom: king-size bed with linens

  • Bathroom: toilet w/ bidet and shower in one section, basin in a separate section

  • Sitting room with two chairs and a loveseat

  • Dining room w/ 6 chairs

  • Bar area with two bar stools

  • Terrace with table and two chairs

  • Cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper

House Rules

Our neighborhood is called 'El Centro' for a reason...we are close to everything.

We are on a hill about two blocks from the cathedral.

No smoking. Absolutely no parties.

Our home is a quiet getaway with tropical breezes that blow through the condo day

and night. You'll probably meet our neighbors so we ask for you to respect the

mellow nature of our environment. The nightclubs and bars in the Zona Romántica

are a short (5-10 minutes) walk away.
