In addition to the guesthouse, we offer a one-bedroom, one-bath garden level apartment for rent on a short-term basis. The apartment is fully furnished and has its own washer/dryer.
- Rent is $450/week and includes utilities (discount negotiable for four weeks or longer)
- A deposit of $200 is due at time of booking. $150 is refundable, depending on condition of flat upon exit. $50 retained for routine cleaning/maintenance.
- With rentals of at least four weeks, one-week of rent is due one month in advance. For shorter term rentals (under four weeks), the first week's rent is due two weeks in advance. Thereafter, weekly rent is due the first day of the rental week.
- Cancellation: 30 days for 4+ week rental, 14 days for 1 to 3 week rental. Deposit and prepaid rent are non refundable for cancellations within cancellation period.
- No pets. No smoking.
- Perfect for out-of-town visitors, commuters, people relocating to Portland, OHSU rotations, business people, etc. Ideal location in the heart of NW Portland, between NW 23rd and NW 21st in a 1908 Craftsman house.

- Double bed, small dresser, desk. Linens/towels provided.
- Kitchen is fully equipped (micro, dishwasher, coffeemaker, dishes, etc.)
- Washer/dryer in the apartment.
- Sitting area has a loveseat, chair, coffee table and cable t.v.
- Wifi and all utilities (except phone) included.
Walk to the shops/restaurants/cafes/bars of NW 23rd/NW 21st. The Portland Streetcar, the MAX lightrail, the downtown core, and Washington Park are just a few blocks away.
